1 — Rachaad White, RB
Here’s one former Jayden Daniels college teammate generating positive vibes across the fan base. White provides the backfield with a potent receiving threat lacking last season after Austin Ekeler’s Achilles tear in Week 2. Whether he becomes anything more in 2026 depends on how quickly Washington finds a true three-down option.
5 — Jayden Daniels, QB
Year 3 for the organization’s sun, moon and stars. Daniels burning bright as he did during a stunning 2024 rookie campaign would be epic for Washington coming off a miserable 5-12 season. On the flip side, another injury-plagued season from the quarterback this roster revolves around would lower Washington's ceiling more than any other development. This is hardly a make-or-break season for Daniels, but the shine loses some luster without a return to MVP-caliber form.
